  • When you create an account, we collect your name, email, company, and job title through WordPress. This information is used solely to verify legitimate users and to help us analyze and enhance our products’ performance in accordance with our userbase. 
  • We will use this information only to contact you for essential ESOX account purposes. If you expressly consent, we may also send you news and offers about relevant ESOX features. You can withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our communications. 
  • We do not record any activity in WordPress beyond your account’s registration date and most recent login. 

1.2 Google Analytics 

  • We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated information about how users interact with our site (e.g., pages viewed, time spent on each page, device and browser types).  
  • We do not track your activity inside the ESOX tools. We record only interactions on the ESOX map page, such as the aggregated metrics described above and whether you click to access or download an ESOX tool. 
  • This data does not identify you personally. 
  • This data is used only to understand overall usage patterns and improve our services.  

1.3 ESOX Excel Download Counter 

  • We maintain a non-user-specific counter tracking the number of times ESOX Excel files are downloaded. 
  • We do not record your identity or any specific information about the data being downloaded. 
  • The sole purpose is to monitor overall product usage in order to enhance performance. 

1.4 Zander Usage Counter 

  • We track the overall count of how many times the Zander feature is used. 
  • This information is not linked to your personal identity, and we do not log details about the data points being downloaded or accessed. 
  • We only use this information to understand Zander usage
